Ray Web

Biography: 

Ray, like all the other committed sportsman, dedicated his life to develop exceptional skills in Boxing. He demonstrated his talent by achieving outstanding results as both an amateur (25 wins - 5 loses) and professional (13 wins - 5 loses) boxer. In 1986, he fought in the ABA London final. During his professional career he fought for world titles against Davie Starie, Montell Griffin, Silvio Bronco, Frank Nicotra and Ray Close.

In 1991, he gained the Southern Area title and fought the British Title Eliminator in 1994.

Building on his experience, he became the No. 1 sparring and training partner for WBO World Champion Chris Eubank, while he assisted in training many world champions such as Nigel Benn, Mike Watson, Henry maske, Dennis Andrie.

Being a fully qualified fitness instructor, full ABA amateur boxing coach and holding full pro-training licence; he is dedicating his time to coach at OMAA.
