Facility Hire

We have both state of the art specialised martial art and weight gym facilities that are available for individuals and groups/clubs to hire. Depending on your requirements we have everything you will need:

• to train the martial art of your choice;
• organise sport/fitness classe.

Punch bag area

Our dedicated punch bag area caters for all your martial art training needs. With a wide range of specialised punch bags it provides great training grounds to learn new techniques as well as to practice and make your fighting or self-defence techniques refined.

Matted area

We have recently finished and opened our 6,500sqft matted area on the second floor specifically for grappling sports and martial arts; including BJJ, Wrestling, TaeKwonDo and many more. The second floor matted space offers a large training and dedicated competition areas with FILA approved competition mats.

Professional sized boxing ring

Our professional sized 22 feet Boxing/Muay Thai ring is great equipment to partake in technical sparring and generate additional motivation to push your boundaries. Our ring is also accredited to organise competitions in both Boxing and Muay Thai.

UFC sized MMA cage

We are proud to have the only UFC sized MMA cage in Oxfordshire (and potentially in South-England) which is primarily used for our MMA sessions and also accredited to hold competitions. If you want to experience what it is like to be inside a real MMA cage, come down and have a try.
